Japan has the world record for sexual abstinence, but the pornographic industry is very lucrative. The documentary reveals how the number of singles has doubled, and how older couples do not have sex. According to the National Institute of Japanese Sexology, "sexless" are those who have sexual intercourse with a frequency lower than once a month.

Our Children

Saddam Hussein's regime left many homes broken, families dead, and orphans left with no hopes for a good future. Homelessness in Iraqi-Kurdistan has risen, despite the implementation of orphanages. There is more that needs to be done. Ruwayda Mustafah, a political activist, returns to her homeland with ideas for improvement.

Boobs in Arms

The stooges are greeting card salesmen who are mistakenly inducted into the army after escaping from the jealous husband of one of their customers. In bootcamp their sergeant turns out to be the same man, whom they constantly vex and bewilder. When the boys are sent to the front lines and the sergeant is captured they must rescue him, which they do after doping themselves with laughing gas. At the end they get shot off into the sunset on a cannon shell.

Renaissance

A year and a half after "Le Lit e la vierge", Zouzou and Pierre Clémenti are in another bed, this time in front of a window, with Sacré-Coeur in the background. Filmed in two days, in July 1970, with a stolen film from the ORTF, this film, a tribute to these two vedettes of the French underground, is of immense beauty. The title is inspired by the silhouette of Pierre Clémenti, evocative, for Lagrange, of the male physicist during the Renaissance. Grandson of Léo Lagrange and nephew of the chief operator Ghislain Cloquet, Yvan Lagrange is two years younger than Philippe Garrel. "Renaissance", his first film, shows to what extent his generation was influenced by Garrel.
