Dr. Helen Caldicott is the most prominent anti-nuclear activist in the world. She's been featured on CNN, 60 Minutes, CBC and Democracy Now. In the 80s, Helen Caldicott campaigned against nuclear weapons testing in the pacific (still responsible today for the majority of tritium we're exposed to), and against the notion of a winnable nuclear war. She was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts. She has always made inaccurate statements regarding civilian nuclear power. This has not been acknowledged by prime-time media, as they continue to use her as a source. After witnessing them callously run over a dog on the road, Scott has a gun pulled in his face and is forced to join them on their Death Race 20000-inspired joy ride as the pair attempt to gain a better “score” than their partner.

Watch Me Fly

A story about friendship and sticking together through tough times. The movie shows how two young girls and their families cope with their differences, how they are brought together and torn apart and how they are changed by the injury of a racing pigeon. But when the girls take it upon themselves to heal the pigeon, its recovery can bring them all hope.
